# result.md template Every `result.md` carries the same five sections in this order. Claims carry inline source links; files are named exactly as stored (`charts/throughput.png` is wrong when the file is `throughput.png`). ## Sources Numbered list: title, publisher, date, URL. Three per material claim for research jobs; inputs and their versions for build jobs. ## Gaps What is unknown, uncertain, or deliberately unverified. Empty only when truly nothing is missing, which is rare enough to double-check. ## Run Model, provider, rounds or steps taken, wall time, cost, cache state, and the exact prompt hash the host logged. ```
