Everyone uses macbooks in my office, and their screens are reflective as hell. So when in dark mode, it's like you're looking at a fucking mirror with all those lights behind you staring at your soul. Also it's really annoying to focus since many lines would be covered up with the light reflections. That's why many of us prefer using light mode in the office.

Some good people take the initiative and turn off a few lights for the comfort and use dark mode. But as soon as the sun goes down, someone else will turn on the lights and it's all for nothing.

Some monsters would also switch to the secondary trash monitors just to use dark mode with their neck on the line since they come with anti reflective coating.```
